If you are in Oporto ask for IP4, drive till you find a sign-board indicating Macedo de Cavaleiros and turn.

If you come from the south of Portugal, find Ip2 and follow the sign-boards that will lead you to the North-East "transmontano". 12 km from macedo de Cavaleiros you will find the small village of Chacim.
